"Overall a positive experience. Parking at the nearby garage was convenient, location was optimal with breweries within a 5-minute walking distance, and the restaurant on site was great. The only downside was that the room was not ready way past check-in time, and all we got was a $40 voucher to use at the restaurant while waiting for our room to be ready. The staff said the delay was caused by full occupancy the night before and on the day of, but that shouldn't justify why our room wasn't ready past 4 pm. The staff also did not offer a 25 % discount for food and beverage at the hotel that I was supposedly qualified for because of my silver status. I only realized it when filling out the hotels.com check-in survey.
Perhaps due to an overworked housekeeping staff, the room wasn't fully ready when we entered. The dishwasher was running, and I only found out that the shampoo bottle was empty when showering right before checking out. There were also snacks on the floor and a small bug in the room. There was a stain on the box spring. Perhaps it's worth staying during the off-season."
