The room we stayed is was dirty, clearly had not been cleaned before we checked into it. There was gum stuck to a lamp. The shower had hair on the walls, the toilet had urine on the back of the toilet seat, there was food crumbs on the floor, the door had a clear head grease spot above the peephole and hand prints on the tv and mirror, the remotedidn't work and the tv wasn'tset to the right setting. They only provided one bar of soap so you had to pick hands or your body. The furniture was all stained up pull room we requested had a pull out couch but the room had no bedding for it. I had called the front desk to ask for help with the WiFi and the front desk person hung up on me, when I called again to asked about the bedding they told me "why do you need it?" "just come down and get them." The pool very clody, the hot tub was extremely foamy and the pool area itself was freezing. The deposit is $100 higher than I have seen as significantly nicer hotels. The bathtub took a long time to drain and the toilet took just as long to fill when flushed. It was a very disappointing experience.
