Great hotel right on the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place is kept spotlessly clean. Nice touches too like free beach towels and the ability to book the spa area (sauna and hot tub) for an hour at a time for free, which meant that you got private use. We were there for a week and would definitely recommend.

Couldn’t ask for a more perfect location. Staff are all wonderful and will do their best to provide excellent service. Food is always lovely. Relaxing areas to sit and drink wine or coffee both inside and outside.Rooms and suites are kept clean and to a high standard. The Osejava is close to a small beach in an excellent location with lovely views of the sea and mountains. The rooms are very nicely decorated, clean and some with decent sized balconies. The hotel reception staff members are all really helpful and friendly. The breakfasts are really good , with really excellent fruit! Fabulous stay !! welcomed at the entrance with a refreshing drink, all the staff are so helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, the rooms are modern and have everything you need for a luxury stay, wonderful roof top bar, great breakfast, perfect.

We honestly could not find fault with anything at this beautiful hotel. Spa area was fantastic perfect for a late october stay. Rooms were spotless. Plenty of options at breakfast. And a few steps away from a lovely beach walk (40 mins) into old town. We had a great stay and didnt want to leave.

This is a fantastic hotel and the staff are amazing. It’s a great location and there are some terrific restaurants nearby. It’s not too far from the old city either. There were a couple of niggles: the shower leaked and they didn’t seem to be able to fix it so we had to put a towel on the floor to mop up the water after use. Excellent hotel with lovely spa, pool, rooms, foyer and beach. Walk into Makarska takes about 20 mins with lots of bars and restaurants on the way, some quite tacky. Beach access is easy to roped off area away from watersports. Good choice of Excellent food from the buffet, although some hot dishes could be warmer. Rooftop terrace bar is incredible with spectacular views over the bay towards Brac and Hvar. Would definitely return.

Beautiful apartments about 10-15 mins drive from the centre of Split with stunning views of the sea. We stayed in the Room for 2 with shared pool access (S-3) which was perfect for us. The private balcony and amenities (e.g., robes and slippers, iron, hairdryer, cooking facilities) were great as well as access to the shared lounge area and infinity pool which had plenty of space for all guests. A fantastic 5 star hotel. Stayed here for a weeks holiday. We just wanted somewhere to relax and unwind. The hotel was fully booked, but never felt full. There are three restaurants and we ate in all three. Really lovely food in each and they are able to cater to all tastes. My friend and I stayed at this hotel recently as we were going to ultra music festival. Overall we loved our stay here and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone staying in the podstrana or split area. A big thank you to the cleaning ladies for being so patient with us! From the outside doesn't look very impressive. The rooms are above a restaurant and close to a main road. But don't judge a book by its cover. The rooms are very modern, clean and spacious. Good wardrobe space, comfy beds very clean bathroom with a great power shower. Staff gave 100% during our stay. Especially The manageress who went the extra mile to ensure we were looked after. Would stay again in a heart beat. 😊
