"Parking was amazing, close to an entrance door, and many to choose from. Breakfast was very good, especially the biscuits and gravy as well as the pancakes! Lots of food and beverage choices, and fruit. Delicious! We we upgraded to a bigger and better room at no extra charge, which was above and beyond of what was expected. Staff were super friendly and rooms were clean and well stocked with towels, coffee and other amenities. We will definitely stay again. Great hospitality, Thank you! "

"I didn’t realize I had stayed here before, but you can definitely tell the rooms have been upgraded—they felt fresh and comfortable. The Ridge Sierra also shares amenities with another nearby resort just a few minutes away, and there’s a convenient shuttle that can pick you up anytime.

"The room was very clean, including the bathroom, which we appreciated. The beds were on the smaller side, and the walls are fairly thin, we could hear neighbors arguing around 3 a.m., although that’s not really the hotel’s fault. There was also a noticeable smell in the room, I can only describe it as an old bar smell, like stale beer and cigarettes.

"This place sent a message my credit card was invalid I have receipt. Then accused me of hitting a car in parking lot and said police came. Left a note on car saying come to office about the accident. The guy who owned car would not listen. "The motel was close to the highways.
My concerns the hallways smelled of stale smoke. The breakfast didn't offer many protein options. I tried to check at 2:30 and was told it would cost $50 extra. I waited and then the lobby was packed at 3:00pm."
