"The Eddy Taproom and Hotel was an oasis in the pretty mountain town of Golden. Clean, comfortable, modern room, well equipped with all you needed. The walking trail just outside the hotel was a fun way to explore the beautiful surroundings and a great way to walk into downtown Golden. Joey at the front desk was the best, helping us with all the questions we had and making sure our stay was wonderful!"

"The hotel is decent anda great location for Red Rocks Amphitheater, it is a 7 min drive! I paid for a Mountain View room and got no mountains, but a great view of Whole Foods. When I asked about it, I was told it is in the side that faces the mountains, however they did move me to a room that had a bit better view behind the huge utility unit right in front of the window! "Got there after driving 22 hours for the front desk person to tell me that they cancelled my reservation, without even contacting me. They told me that they notified Expedia, but I had and have not heard from either about a cancellation. Unprofessional."

"The check in experience was truly amazing. They held our bags with numbered tags and texted when our room was available. The continental breakfast was better than most. The only weird thing is that there wasn't an ice bucket in our room and aren't ice machines on every floor. An amazing location. Walkable to dining and shopping and a super quick drive to Red Rocks and Golden."

"Self help snack bar scanner didn’t work and staff was no help. Coffee maker broken, mattresses old and worn out. Shower fixtures loose and falling off. TV shuts off after a few minutes and staff said we had to unplug it every time we used it. I’ve machine on 4th floor did not work."

"We needed a handicap room in which I requested when I booked the hotel. We were assigned a non-handicap room. I asked staff if they can switch us because for one the tub/shower had no handrails. They advised me that being that we booked through a 3rd party we are not guaranteed the type of room I requested. We were stuck in this room for a couple of days with no effort to accommodate us.
