We booked this thinking it was a family friendly hotel. When arriving the pool area all trash cans were over heaping. Trash and food leftovers all over the floor in the carpet area outside next to the arcade. We have 4 small kids our 3 year old ended up getting sick in the middle of the night and puking twice. When I called the front desk the first time I was told there was no clean bedding I asked again to look juat for the top 2 blankets. We cleaned up and our aon puked again....this time all over more needing another shower. I stripped the bed remade with what I had thay wasnt dirty. My husband then calls back down to the desk asking for a trash can liner and some towels. We were told that there wasnt a single piece of clean anything hand towel or wash cloth even. When he brings only one trash can liner to our room with another blanket the staff tells my husband to try ans not to let it happen again......all parents at this point know dang well we NEVER want to be dealing with this......so I go to the front desk and ask for more liners for the trash can and of any towles are clean and to not make that comment about it not happening again.....i was informed that diw to my child being sick he made that comment because they would take our deposit for needing to throw the items away....i said if that happens thats a discussion to be had at another time and that comment was unnecessary. I was also told my front desk that I needed to respect the places I was coming into.....
