There nice place to stay. Convenient for walking main street. The only down side was the window shades did a poor job of blocking morning light and we were on the west side of the building. The light bounced off the buildings to the west of the hotel and light up the whole room.

While it was cool being right along Main Street and walking just about everywhere, the hotel itself felt a bit overpriced considering our overall experience. We had to borrow an extension cord from the hotel staff just to be able to plug in a white noise machine or charge phones near the bed as the nearest plugs were on the opposite side of the hotel room. There was no mini-fridge in the room, and ice had to be procured from hotel staff (no ice machines). The bed was aesthetically cool, but my wife is 8 months pregnant and struggled getting up or down from the low platform. We did utilize the rooftop spa pool (a big reason why we booked this spot) and it was a nice feature, but very crowded with drunk people even at 4 in the afternoon. We returned to it the next morning for a quieter experience and this was the right call. The main perks were the location as well as our room's balcony which overlooked Main...we were able to people watch - it felt like a parade, or like being at the State Fair!

There isn't a single bad thing I could say about Hotel Crosby. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The Hotel was unique, beautiful, and clean. Plus, there were many fun activities within walking distant.

This is my second stay and I love this place! Super cute, walk everywhere. It was a mix of families with older kids, couples, friends and a wedding party (that was celebrating a lot) and everyone staying was super friendly. I do feel the staff had their hands full with the wedding party guests bringing glass to the hot tub and running down the halls at 4am. But they handled it really well. I just always cringe at the rate I pay to stay here. Not sure if it has been really worth it. That is my only wish, the rates were not so high. But a fun way to treat yourself to a getaway.

Beautiful property! I’ve traveled around the world and was pleasantly surprised by this boutique hotel. Gorgeous space, just well done. Had a king suite for our 30th anniversary wedding anniversary, and it didn’t disappoint. Staff at Hotel Crosby, from valet to bartenders to cleaning crew, top notch!

They staff at the hotel went above and beyond for my husbands 40th! We received early check in, and a hand written birthday note with chocolates from Candyland! It was a thoughtful touch. We will definitely be back!

Awesome place! The hot tub on the roof was amazing. The staff was very polite. The rooms are very unique and comfortable. The restaurant matchstick which is attached is a very nice place and has over 2000 bourbons and whiskeys. John, one of the bartenders was very knowledgeable and helpful with picking the right ones. Besides bourbons and whiskeys, they have all kinds of scotches and other spirits. Great place and will definitely come back again.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel room wasn’t stocked with the typical items you’d find in a hotel. There were only two 4oz bottles of water and we had to call down to request more water as there was no area for guests to help themselves to water or ice. There was no refrigerator so we had to request that. And there’s typically a pen and pad of paper in rooms but there wasn’t so we requested this as well. The pillows were also very uncomfortable and flat. I also wish the happy hour for Matchstick went later and it would be nice if they served breakfast. Besides all of this, it was a great stay and we enjoyed the hot tub on the roof.

The entire staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Everyone from housekeeping to front desk to restaurant and bar. The decor was artsy and well done. The only issue we had was that there was no refrigerator in the room This made it difficult to store leftovers and keep beverages cold.

Loved the ambiance of this hotel: brick and dark beams, and super convenient location right on the main street of Stillwater. Also, free parking garage was great. The only thing not great was the mediocre coffee, and no breakfast available in the building or the attached restaurant. We had to walk several blocks to a breakfast place - or a full block for a good cup of coffee. Otherwise, we had a great time! The staff was very nice, responsive, and we got to check in 3 hours early!

It was a nice location, and the hotel was very nice. They did not have a breakfast option at all, not even at there restaurant. The front desk gals were not helpful or very friendly. The rooftop hot tub was also nice.

Such a fantastic Place to stay in Stillwater. The location is perfect. We loved the restaurant, the food and service was outstanding. The outdoor hot tub was a perfect way to end the evening. The only this that we were disappointed about was our patio had Edison lights to strung on the pergola but they were never turned on. When I asked at the front desk about them, they said they were set on a timer and would turn on when it got dark, they never did turn on at any point of the night.

Overall nice, comfortable room, and excellent service. There is no ice machine, but staff brings ice and extra tea and coffee immediately upon request. There is no microwave or refrigerator in the room. Overall the room and the bed were extremely comfortable. However, when you book, ask about the layout of the bedroom and the bedframe. We had a very strange, hard wooden block as a bed frame that somebody must have thought was stylish, however it extended about 24 inches away from the mattress and made it very awkward and uncomfortable to get in and out of bed. this was annoying. If we had any joint issues or were any older, it would not have worked for us. The rooms are not at all soundproof. every evening we heard thumping music and people laughing and screaming in the bar, as well as loud neighbors. The atmosphere of the restaurant bar and lobby is warm and welcoming. Food is delicious. However dishes come out in random awkward order and are sloppy to try to share without proper plates and serving utensils. It is not at all a fine dining experience, but the food is delicious. they say it is tapas style so that they don’t have to plan the timing of your food, but the dishes are not tapas dishes. It’s a great restaurant for a romantic evening when you are sharing food. It would be awkward for business.
