"The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are a decent enough size and are kept clean by the housekeepers,and I have no concerns about leaving my cat or any of my belongings here when I need to head out for a meeting or to run errands or whatever, everyone seems very trustworthy which is so nice. I've been here with Clementine (my cat) for at least a few weeks and it's starting to feel kinda like a second home, I just wish I could open the window that has a small balcony right outside of it, and that's mostly for Clem, but I understand it's a liability for the hotel and that's pretty standard across the board at almost all hotels so it's not a complaint. I am giving the Bloom Hotel 5 stars, they do a great job, it's a unique experience plus it's affordable and pet friendly :)"
