We stayed here because of the convenience of shopping and resting. Wish there was a microwave in the room. There was no slippers or pillow menu as listed on the hotel room description

Embassy Suites by Hilton Bloomington/Minneapolis
Front desk staff is not engaged. Just going thru the motions. Had difficulty finding books shipped for event and also confirming our January event was in the system. The rest of the staff were great. Disinterested front desk needs training.
