"Richard was a wonderful host. The mansion was clean and the front porch was wonderful! (A little noisy as it is on a busy street). Breakfast was amazing!! Be prepared to spend some time at breakfast. Overall a great stay, and would stay again!"

"Comfortable stay, nice property. Communication prior to arrival on Expedia was non existent. The nightly rate was fair for what you get, if your getting your own bathroom. The fees were high. You are charged double fees for using Expedia and a card ($18). Couldn't get the TV to work, it was a cold breakfast not a hot one fyi. Guests have to present for owner to run your card. Not sure why that is either if your card is on Expedia. Thank you for the accommodations. "

"My Business partner and I had a wedding close by and decided to drive down the night before. There were no hotels close by and we were desperate for something closer. We are Gypsy Hair Guru, a traveling hair and makeup team that specializes in weddings. Urstad accomadated our late arrival and our early departure. I told them not to worry about breakfast because we were leaving at 6:30am and they still brewed fresh coffee and put out a delicious blueberry muffin bread that was amazing. Thank you...
