"It was an average stay."

"Mirror was dirty in bedroom. Sheets were wrinkled so didn’t seem clean. Didn’t take my shoes off to walk on carpet. Heating unit was loud. Couldn’t get any rest. For the price I will stay in Albert Lea. Only good thing is restaurant next door Farmers Daughter. Breakfast was a bust. Just took coffee. Second time here and the last time. I come through this way 2 round trips a year. "

"The room was so pretty, clean, and comfortable, and very quiet overnight even with our room facing the highway. Great pillows and comfortable bed. Loved the shower too. Breakfast was very good, lots of options and hot food was hot. Check in and out was a breeze. The pool was great. Clean pool area and spacious. The water temperature was very good, not freezing cold like so many are. There wasn’t a hot tub which I thought was unusual, but since pool water temperature was so good I didn’t miss...

"Yes, except maybe not as super knowledgeable since I was charged for the night that I paid on hotels.com as well. So i've been double charged.I reached out to them for a refund and they refunded, and then took the payment again.And I haven't heard since, but it's been well over a month and I can't seem to get this refund processed."

"easy parking, coffee available 24hrs. served in a coffee machine NOT in a Luke warm air pot. beds were comfortable. Breakfast not so good, but coffee was there."

"Buyer Beware - They do NOT have a hot tub as advertised!!! It appears as though they had one at one point, but it has been tiled over. If you are looking for a pool and a hot tub, this is not the place to stay at. "

"The rooms were nice, and clean, but those beds are horribly firm. I had to switch to a different hotel across town after the first night, I couldn't sleep. I stay in alot of hotels, and have never had beds like this, including at other courtyard and standard Marriott locations. "

"When my wife and I entered our room, it appeared clean enough, until I wanted to shower. Room service left us with only ONE soiled bath towel. No washcloths. No hand towels. No other bath towels. I went to the office to get more towels and washcloths. They gave me a washcloth that was soiled and gray (not clean white ) on one of the corners. It was so disgusting I took photos. The coffee maker was restocked with coffee, but room service did not leave a single coffee cup in the room to drink out...
