"Staff is wonderful "

"Pool was not very nice looking and long hair floating in it grossed me out the room I was in the heater was very load I kept thinking semi’s were using there jack brakes or someone was plowing out my window beds not that comfortable pretty hard. I felt like someone was watching on a camera just a weird feeling wasn’t a fan for a young lady staying alone "

"Very good stay overall. The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. There were a few minor issues with the room: very low hot water pressure, no conger space around the advertised kitchen, spartan looking room (cinder block walls with no decor) and one bed with a sagging mattress and defunct frame. "

"Staff was amazing. So helpful and breakfast was great. "

"Front desk was kind and friendly. Even when there was a credit card mishap. But room was nice and warm, and my kids loved having TV. Served our purpose since our bathroom was getting redone at home. "

"You could go across Burnsville Pkwy to a gas station for snacks. Otherwise you could go the other way along Aldrich Ave to get to Denny’s or Clive’s Roadhouse. (There just wasn’t much inside the hotel for options.) The room itself was okay, but the floor felt cold because it was wood and I had just turned up the heat when I entered the room. (I did notice the bottom dresser drawer by the fridge had duct tape on it.) But the room was clean."

"Very clean room. Automated check in is convenient. Only issue was that the HVAC unit was really loud at times throughout the night."

"The room was cold, the door didnt close tight. The key card never worked even after a twn day stay. The gaurd, hasaan was extremely unprofessional. He asked for proof of stay and when produced he still was very unprofessional. Overall, wont be staying there again. "

"Its an older hotel and could use some remodeling but overall room was clean. We reserved a king room however when we got there it was not available due to previous guest damaging the room. No discount was offered for the inconvenience but they were able to get us in a queen room on first floor which worked out since we had our yorkie and morkie. Overall a good visit. "
