"This property was beautiful and so quiet. The rooms were a bit dated, but to be honest I loved that feel. The room was clean and housekeeping changed our bedding and towels daily. "Location was great, lots to do and the hotel is clean and well equipped with what you’d need otherwise you’ll find things all around. All the staff were fantastic but I want to give a special mention to Alyssa, when my AC went out she sprung into action fast and made sure I was made comfortable. It’s wonderful that Hyatt hires people they trust and you’re not waiting on some chain to decide if I can have AC or not. Super happy with my experience and will be back! "

The price was right for me and the location was excellent with regard to proximity to the Convention Center space and other downtown spaces.
