An issue that affected my overall rating: I accidentally left my hearing aid charger in the room. We called to have it mailed. The desk clerk expressed little interest or concern for this request, and it has not been sent. This item is of no value to anyone else, but it will cost me $270.00 to replace it. I am disappointed that the staff didn’t take the time to locate and mail this charger to me."

"We loved everything about the jw except the pool was so overcrowded and no chairs by 9am because people save them all day.
