"Stay at tha Alven Hotel was ok in General. Front desk staff did not speak English so I used a translator app. Hotel was divided in two (old vs new) areas. "This property was a huge disappointment. The kitchen was completely unusable - cups, plates, and pans were dirty and greasy, many were damaged, and the drawers were broken. The entire area felt unhygienic and was crawling with cockroaches. "Atendimento muito demorado para realização do check-in. Fiquei parado por 2 horas na frente do apartamento esperando alguem me atender via canal de comunicação indicado. O apartamento estava péssimo em relação a limpeza. E estadias mais longas, como foi meu caso, seria bom ter mais toalhas, sabonetes e etc. Outro ponto importante: O CHUVEIRO NAO ESQUENTA, TOMEI VARIOS BANHOS GELADOS."
