"The hotel could do a better job maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby and common areas throughout the day. The floors were dirty leading up to the elevators, and there were Starbucks cups left in the hallway for two days without being picked up. That said, I understand there is a lot of foot traffic since the hotel is located in a busy college-town area. "The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was an issue with my room but it was resolved very quickly. The room was functional and cozy. I love the full size fridge and kitchen area. The coffee machine makes freshly brewed coffee at the touch of a button. They even had free washers and dryers! The room was extremely quiet and I didn't hear a single person during the night. I will definitely stay here again."
