"Stayed at Brookstreet Hotel for a business trip and it exceeded expectations. The rooms are very well equipped with everything you need, and the beds are extremely comfortable - made it easy to relax after long days. The conference facilities were excellent, and the event staff were truly outstanding - professional, attentive, and well organized throughout. Overall, a fantastic experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again for business or leisure."

"Asked for the sofa bed to be made after 6pm at front desk when checking in but when we got back around 11:30 pm the sofa bed was not made. Texted the number that welcomed our arrival and if we needed anything to text back, did so and no response until next morning the text said I could text back to check out and no mention of the previous text. Found sheets and a pillow to make the sofa bed but no comforter. Obviously there’s some disconnect with staff somewhere. Besides having to crank up the heat so our son wouldn’t be cold without a comforter, the stay was ok."

"King size bed was great. The pullout couch was god awful horrid however and would not recommend such sleep options in the future."

"Not at all satisfied breakfast. Limited options- had only brown bread with some muffins and cookies. Two options only in cereals. Three days of stay with same breakfast sausage and not well cooked eggs. Not a business friendly atmosphere. No sound proofs. We can easily hear the next room conversations. Room was clean but the washroom worst condition. Tap water smells like sewage water. Closet flush was not working properly. Bathtub is partially clogged. Over all worst experience during the 3 days stay."
