"This is one of missoulas many “crackhead” motels. Came in on a late flight, checked in at 11:30. Hotel was wide open and not a staff member in sight. Why? Because they had a massive steel gate down over the reception desk. You had to go back out to the foyer and use a phone to call a staff member. Staff member showed up, she was nice enough but had clearly been drinking and getting high. Beds were terrible. One towel and one washcloth in the room. Will not stay again."

"I stayed at this hotel for a few weeks on business. I enjoyed my stay very much for lots of different reasons. The room was comfortable and cool! I would open the window in the morning and get a nice breeze in. AC was nice and cold at night. The staff were very awesome! They are so friendly and welcoming. I actually left my trip with some good people to call friends from the hotel. I would certainly go back to this hotel if I have more business in Missoula Mt."

"When we arrived we were told that they gave our 2 queen bed room away to another guest and gave us a king bed with pull out sofa instead. Their reasoning is because we booked through a third party and not directly with them. Unacceptable. After a long day nobody wants to deal with a pull out sofa bed! They didn't even give us a partial refund. Just waived the $10 parking fee which we didn't care about. Other than that the place was nice and mostly clean. Breakfast was average and kept well stocked."
