"エクスペディアの予約の場合、名前を英語表記で登録されるのを知らず、チェックインの時に、タブレットで自分の名前を漢字で入力したところエラーとなった。焦って問い合わせ ると英語表記で登録されていると案内していただき、その対応に安心感を感じました。
部屋は綺麗で、プールや海で利用するのに十分なタオルがあり、ベッドルームとリビングのベッドで家族4人カバーできます。
調味料が塩胡椒、油少々なので、醤油とかはありません。"

"ガスコンロが2口あって自炊時にとても便利でした。調理器具は十分そろっており、フロントではラップやキッチンペーパー、アルミホイルなどを無料で提供してもらえました。コーヒーも１Fの営業所が開いている間はいつでももらえました。スタッフは皆しんせつで明るく優しく接していただきました。宮古島滞在のいい思い出に大きく貢献してくれました。どうもありがとうございました。"

"隅々まで掃除が行き届いており清潔感がありました。
また室内は広々としており、家具もおしゃれで家族みんな大満足でした。
特に、ドラム式洗濯機と浴室乾燥機があったのが最高でした。海から帰ってきてすぐにシャワーができたり、濡れたり汚れた衣類を帰宅前に全て洗濯して持って帰れるのは大変気持ちが良かったです。"
