"The parking lot was full when we arrived. It was late at night, and they offered an overflow lot a couple of blocks from the hotel, which was also closed. Thankfully, it was closed, because if you have ever been to downtown Spokane at night, you would know that the streets are full of crackheads doing crackhead stuff! We parked in front of the hotel and paid for meter parking instead. The room we stayed in required us to haul our stuff up a short set of steps, even though there was an elevator we could not access. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The front desk staff was helpful at check-in, not so much at check-out, as they argued that we had to pay the $10 parking fee even though we didn't use their lot."
