"New hotel with spacious room and lovely indoor pool and jacuzzi. The whole place felt bright and clean. It would have been great if breakfast was included but room had fridge and microwave for us to make our own. Also hotel needs better entrance signage, especially at night it's easy to miss the driveway."

"The price point compared to others in the Moab area was great, which is why we stayed here. That is about as far as it goes for Pros (the shower was great too). The beds were very uncomfortable, so sleep was minimal. Our AC/Heat unit never shut off even when you increased the temperature so we had to shut it off completely or freeze (there was no auto setting). The walls are so thin you can literally hear the people next to you talking. It sounds like the people above you are doing MMA...

"BEWARE!!!! My room had many bugs in it. I pulled down the comforter to look at cleanliness and after an hour there were tons of dead bugs on the sheet. I look over at the lamp and there are dead bugs under the lamp and in the lamp. I then looked closer and there were bugs on the wall walking around. The refrigerator wasn’t working even though it was plugged in and turned on. Someone had urinated in the toilet and not flushed prior to renting the room. I went to the front office where nobody was...

"Easiest check in! We were warmy greeted by staff and given a quick run down of amenities. The property was just as pictured and described. This unit delivered everything we needed for our family of five for a weekend stay. Would recommend to anyone wanting lodging that checks all the boxes when visiting Arches National Park and the delightful town of Moab! "

"Pros: Great room. Great price. Staff was great to work with. Place to clean bikes. Good mattress. Cons: Older hotel Rooms kinda smell like a dentist office from the cleaners. Good though because the room was clean. Outdoor pool is on the cold side and we were there on cooler days. Hot days it could be refreshing. "
