"Whoever is in charge of making sure the Grey Gull's rooms and grounds are taken care of is doing a great job. I've stayed there several times, and the rooms are well-appointed and clean, and the pool and hot tub are also well-maintained. The staff is courteous and responsive, and the location of the Grey Gull is super convenient. Also, the path to the ocean is also well-maintained, as opposed to the trails of nearby motels."
