"The hotel was at a great location. Near train station. I took a direct train from airport to hotel. Then 5 minute walking distance to hotel. There is a shopping mall and many restaurants around. The hotel was clean and room size was good. They had tea and coffee machine at the lobby. "

"Nobody is at the desk after 3pm even though they tell you to check in after 3pm, makes no sense. You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service. They didn’t know how to help me so they had to call the person that lives on the property to come let me in. "The location of the hotel is very convenient for business in Adlershof. The room is spacious and clean, some rooms are facing on the ground floor directly a street with a lot of traffic. Very noisy!! "
