That said, the hotel gets extremely busy on weekends, especially during events like the Jefferson’s Cup. With so many families staying there, it can get quite noisy at night, with kids running through the hallways and in nearby rooms. "Great place… only issue is there is a women at the front desk who uses her phone all the time and deals with people as if they are a nuisance. Rest of the staff is helpful and seem to go out of their way to be helpful."

"No variety for breakfast - only apples, no yogurt or muffins/pastries/wheat bread the first day. Rooms need to be updated - shower rod was hanging out of the wall, cracks/dents/marks in walls, very old, small tv, beds need to be replaced. Some issue with the elevator to the 3rd floor but we were on the first floor. Staff was friendly."
