"Staff was rude to us tried asking for an updated for 2 birthday celebrations after coming from another horrible hotel and they wouldn't give us any accommodations actualvelly gave us a room looking out at a brick wall so it wasn't very happy about that, won't be back "

"Its mid April and the pool wasnt open We had to walk to another hotel to use their pool. They also have a fridge in the room but no microwave to reheat your food. This really ruined the teip for us "

"Hotel was amazing. Elevators were fast. Restaurants were all around the hotel. Pool is great. My family and I enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back. Highly recommend "

"Check-in was an absolute mess. Had my confirmation number and ID in hand and it still took almost 30 minutes "

"We got in at 730 pm the line to check in was super long. We finally get to our room and we had no blankets or pillows for the pull out bed had to wait 2.5 hours to get them even offering to go get them ourselves but they just kept saying they would be coming. At the pool you don’t have shade unless you pay for it. We asked if they could put up the 12 umbrellas that were tied shut as it was 95 degrees outside. Again was told no it was against policy. As we are leaving the pool area the metal base of the umbrella was under the sand and I sliced my toe on it. It was ugly with blood all over they gave me a voucher for $100. Going home sunburnt and a wrapped up foot that is now swollen and looks infected. Not happy! "
