Top-notch hotel, absolutely blown away by the beautiful views, amazing food and excellent service. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. The evening meal was devine and the breakfast was tasty too. And the heated outdoor pool at the spa with the mountain views, wow what an incredible experience! I was sad to only be able to stay here one night but I hope to be back again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Switzerland!

A beautiful hotel with spacious rooms (with breathtaking mountain views) friendly staff, very comfortable beds and a sumptuous breakfast. We used the lovely spa after a long journey and enjoyed relaxing in the pools and the sauna. The next day we went for a superb snowshoe tour straight from the door. The staff let us keep our car in the garage and gave us a tea when we arrived even thought it was after 12pm checkout. Congratulations to the whole team for delivering a great stay in spite of...

Special thanks to Carol for all the advice, help with bookings, and making us feel so welcome; and to Charles for making the logistics of getting to/from Ski slopes and town so seamless. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel two nights ago. Everything felt new, fresh, and exceptionally clean, with beautiful décor throughout. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Rune, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. His service was excellent, and the complimentary shuttle service was such a thoughtful and convenient touch. We also loved the stunning views of the nearby mountains, as well as the lovely sauna and large, relaxing jacuzzi. Overall, it was a...

Very good

A big thank you to everyone at Alaia Lodge for such a warm welcome. We came here on a father/son golf trip we had wanted to do for many years and we chose to stay at Alaia because of its convenient walking distance to the golf course, and it proved to be a wonderful choice. We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful town, surrounded by lovely scenery. We only wish we had more time to explore the area and take in more of its beauty! Everyone at Alaia was so friendly and welcoming and this was...
