Fake hotel?

This was a disaster and we had to call hotels.com to get out of there. We did not sleep 1 night as this hotel. AC was not working properly, we did initially not get towels and duvet was missing from the bed. Generally very shabby and this hotel should not have 3.5 stars.. more like 1 star.

Our room was in a second floor, we reached hotel late around 10PM and were so tired, the room and the bathroom was dirty, there was a stain on my pillow which was dirty, I don't know how I slept that night :( We checked out next morning.

I really enjoyed this place. AC, wifi, cable, nice pool, and good food (especially Helen's beef pilau). Good location, great value.

Okay for the price.

För det priset kan man inte förvänta sig lyx. Men poolen var ren och bra. Och tillräckligt djup för att simma obehindrat. Vi bokade mest för att använda poolen en dag. Så vi var nöjda ändå. Frukosten var okej. Ac:n fungerade och sängen var ren.

I found it very expensive for this kind of hotel. Choose this because of its pool and closeness to the beach, but the pool looked very unfresh and it was a long walk to the beach. The restaurant was ok compared to streetfood, but not ok as a hotelrestaurant. The personel was nice especially the guy in the reception who was very accomodating and helpful. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the ac/fan worked but it was very run down and expensive.

Amazing Hospitality

We were met by the manager, Hussein and Said, who both went over the top in terms of hospitality and making us feel welcomed. The cost of staying at Glory Holiday Resort was reasonable and we loved the room we stayed in throughout our trip. The only suggestion I have is to improve the quality of their breakfast. Otherwise, we would come back to stay here again!
