There was a long corridor in the bedroom section which was unused space - perhaps meant for a desk? But there was no desk there so it seemed like a strange wasted space. I was on a rear-facing ground floor room and the outside area was small, had a chain link fence and rubbish along the fence line so was somewhat unappealing. I would suggest requesting...

"Nice vintage style Motel with Box Hill station easily accessible. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the rooms were very clean and you're in a nice quiet location with surrounding bushland.
