"It is difficult to fault Kilkea Castle as every aspect of the property impressed. The little things therefore matter and small faults in maintenance, which should be dealt with in a luxury property, tend to stand out more. However, that is digging into the fine detail. So, first impressions carried through from first stepping inside with a warm welcome, the engaging housekeeping staff and superbly professional dining/breakfast room staff. On site activities are a nice touch and worth looking at....

"Just a warning, the snug is behind the bar owned by the same family. There’s a small driveway at the end of the bar a hairstyle place and some other little shops. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. The rooms were huge and the bathroom is very nice and all brand new. In the morning we did have some toast and tea and it was nice to have the availability of fruits and vegetables and yogurt and so on for the free breakfast the host was very nice."

"Wir haben in der zweiten Märzwoche zu Besuch. Es war wirklich unglaublich. Das Personal super lieb und freundlich. Die Benutzung von SPA-Bereich hat 15€ gekostet und war super toll. Jeden Tag war der Zimmerservice da und die Zimmer hatten alles was das Herz begehrt. Auch das Frühstück sollte man auf jeden Fall mit buchen. Man hat die Möglichkeit, sich am Buffet zu bedienen und sich eine Speise von der Karte auszusuchen, die frisch nach Belieben für einen gemacht wird. Unglaublich gut...
