"Disastrous hotel! Upon arrival, we had a lengthy discussion because we were asked to pay for the accommodation again, even though we had already paid via Expedia. But worse was water damage during the night, which came from a lifting system—so smelly sewage water in the room. We fled the room with two children (climbing over the bed). The hotel did nothing! No refund or compensation for damaged luggage! Once and NEVER again!"

"Clean room with fridge and kettle. They provided a nice cot for my baby and a little toy which was cute. Paid parking on site for €25 a night which seems to be the going rate. In the lobby they have a water cooler with still and sparkling water to use for free. Also microwave in lobby. A 15min walk to the main center of Luxembourg"

"Staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet at night and had very efficient blackout curtains, which led to good nights’ sleep. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a great variety of foods. We were surprised to learn that the street was closed in front of the hotel and the local shops set up outside. We took advantage of great weather and walked to nearby attractions and restaurants. The hotel is very conveniently located near the tram station. We didn’t know that coming in, but with guidance from the hotel staff, the trip back to the airport was a simple 25 minute free ride."
