"Its a great park in a great location. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside is the cabins are pretty dirty and ours had cockroaches. But its a cheap stay so you get what you pay for."
"The room had leaves in it when I arrived but apart from that it was clean and presentable. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear your neighbours.
Beyond that the place is beautiful. The lake rooms are shielded from the traffic from the highway and offer the best relaxing views with ducks and Nankeen Night Herons across the water in the late afternoon.
Be aware you are next door to the primary school so it will be a bitty noisy during the school hours.
This is my second time staying and I will be back."
"Excellent clean stay. Water is tank and bore- so to save time boiling water- take bottled with you. Food cafes/general store closes early- prepare early or take food in with you.
View from water front cabins was gorgeous, but everything is very close to the waters edge.
Beautiful location with Long Beach that you almost have to yourself and the lake for family friendly swimming, kayaking, fishing. Lots of native wildlife around and amazing bushwalks with spectacular views. Overall fantastic stay. Loved it, didn’t want to leave! Easy to book and deal with the staff. "
"Under cover parking was great. Room was a bit dated & the whole place needs a good reno. The Restaurant & bar
weren't operating although advertised on website, a bit disapointed"
"Our only (minor) concern was that the toilet/bathroom door - while beautiful to look at, didn ’t offer much in the way of privacy or sound-proofing. That would not stop us coming to stay again"
