Drinks and nibbles offered twice a day which was lovely after the heat of the day.
Pool was a lovely addition and great to cool off. Very clean.
Room was large although felt very dated. No headboards, lots of dirty marks on desk and lamps and the windows were celotaped to stop noise from pool.
Onsen was good.
Bathroom was extremely old fashioned and had to step up into it from bedroom.
Shuttle to train station was really appreciated and used it twice.
Air con in the room was very poor...

The property is lovely, different and very attractive in the trees. The room was large and in a nice style. The lady on reception when we arrived couldn't have been more helpful and spoke excellent English also.

Lovely breakfast sandwiches delivered the night before was very nice indeed.
Very comfortable bed.

We were blown away by how beautiful the hotel was, by the helpfulness of the staff, the quality of the amenities, and the overall aesthetics. A whole new level of experience.
