"Reserved a room. Got there, no room available because the night before there was a party and rooms were never cleaned. Front desk clerk was nonchalant about, wouldn't call the manager for me and threatened to call police if I didnt leave. Rude and inconsiderate. I was 3 hrs from home had no idea where the closest hotel was, it was 8pm and raining. No suggestions from her, just a "I'm really sorry there is nothing I can do". This happened to the man who came in b4 me also, and he had 2 rooms booked. He was stunned, and again she said "I'm sorry have a good night" . I called the hotel left a message and still have not gotten a call back. My cc was charged still haven't received a credit. Why didnt the hotel call me earlier in the day to tell me my room was not available so I could have found another one earlier. Instead I had to drive on the turnpike. In the rain, at night, I have a hard time seeing at night, that why I got there b4 the sun went down. I would like an explanation, an apologigy, my money back and that rude clerk given some customer service education."
