"The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Not the staffs issue for sure, but all guests has to sit outside for 40 mins in the early morning… the least the hotel could have done was pushed back breakfast an additional hour as a courtesy. Rough night. "

"The staff are very happy to solve your problems. Customer service was absolutely amazing! However, a few things will cause us to stay else where when we return in two weeks. The shower is absolutely cold. Luke warm water at best. The breakfast had variety but non of it was good. The pancakes weren’t cooked. They came out too big and just didn’t cook well because the dough disbursement was off. The juice is watered down. The scrambled eggs tasted like plastic. Instant oatmeal was a hard pass. The one solid from breakfast was the coffee! It’s brewed fresh for every cup. On to the room. The towels in our room had hair on majority all of them. The air didn’t work throughout the night. The walls are thin. You’ll hear your neighbors throughout the night. The back/side door didn’t work so we had to walk around to the front door in the rain. The bathroom fan is obnoxiously loud! The bathtub was old and stained. Our microwave didn’t work. The staff replaced it promptly but the inconvenience of having to wait to warm up my daughter’s food 15-20 minute after a soccer game wasn’t pleasant. If the breakfast was good we’d return because all other items were fixed besides the outside door. But we’d just rather pick a hotel that will probably have everything in order without breakfast included and just buy breakfast."

"Staff was great. The AC in the room did not work well and the bed was hard. We had a very hard time getting any sleep."

"The AC was wonderful. The WiFi was terrific. There were plenty of outlets to plug in. The bed was very comfortable and the room was immaculately clean. "

"I had to get housekeeping to come clean the floors as they weren’t clean. Coffee spill on nightstand. Otherwise the room was clean. Comfy pillow and bed. Beautiful view. Quick check in. Room service food was great. "

"A lot of people said the rooms were relatively smaller compared to others, so that got us nervous, but it is actually pretty nice upon arrival. The rooms are the same as others, the kitchen looks smaller because there is an extra counter space by the door, so at the end, it is actually very practical. The sofa is pretty big, so makes the room smaller, but the sofa is very comfortable. The room is very very quiet, we had good night sleep. Breakfast is ok, typical breakfast, but the breakfast area is very nice and relaxing. "

"Perfect location to beaches. Bed was very comfortable and plenty of space for my husband and I. Well equipped kitchen and nice balcony was a bonus although it was too hot outside to really take advantage. Great pizza joint nearby (Nunzio’s)"
