Cottages in Monroe County

"The home was new, and very nice. It was very clean, being as it was new. There were loose screws on the floor which I stepped on, and some drywall dust around. It was stocked very well with essentials except coffee pods you'll need those, and your own laundry soap if you plan on using their washer and dryer while there. Loved the ice maker in the fridge. It was very comfortable and cozy. Great views and had a deck and a firepit. The directions are confusing as to which way you are coming...

It is not part of Three Bears Resort like the listing states, you do not have access to the waterpark unless you want to pay extra. “Dogs welcome” means a dog as there is a 1 pet maximum and for $150 fee, which is also not disclosed on the listing and you find out in your confirmation email after booking. "We really enjoyed our stay, comfortable bed, great view of the valley from inside and while relaxing on the deck. Nice for pet stay as well. Would recommend 100%."

"This cabin was lovely and very clean. Well equipped kitchen was a plus but note, there is no dishwasher. The outdoor space was perfect for morning coffee."

"The cabin is in a great location, quiet, by the water. Well supplied in kitchen with all you need to cook, bake, grill, or just enjoy time. Restaurant next door is quiet, and convenient when missing something"

"Awesome property. Nicely equipped. Better than home. Comfortable beds. Clean place. Will come again next year and also might plan something early summer. "

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lovely Rural Hixton Farmhouse. The accommodations exceeded our expectations and were even better than described. The farmhouse is cozy, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. The hosts were wonderfully communicative, and we especially appreciated the surprise s’more fixings—a delightful and memorable treat! We highly recommend booking a stay at this farmhouse."
