"Amber and the staff helped so much with my grandmother. This is the most hospitable staff I have ever experienced . We’re from Atlanta and I almost switched our hotel and I’m so glad I didn’t. If I ever have to come back to Rockford this is where we are staying. Thanks again!!!"

"Cooks didnt come in one morning. So no hot breakfast before our tournament, and we counted on hotel breakfast in our plans. No hand soap in the rooms. Asked at front desk, and they didnt have any. We needed towels & washcloths and front desk said they would bring me some when she could. Never did."

"It was clean. The bed was comfortable. The owner very helpful. However the fridge didn’t work and our food spoiled. But the rate was very reasonable. I recommend it!"

"The room had a locker room Oder that hit immediately as I walked in. The hallways were musty as well. No ice machine on any floor. Had to go to the lobby so the attendant could go to their quarters,get ice and pass it to you through the window"

"They are currently remodeling - every floor and lobby. Breakfast was served and was just fine. However, there were workers sanding (wearing a mask) in the hallways while customers were walking by. Some sanding was going on near the breakfast area. Our room was perfectly fine - except for one thing. Our hallway was not air conditioned. Workers were hanging wallpaper. "Do not stay at this place. The pictures do not do it justice, I ended up leaving after a couple of hours with the noise, smell and overall condition."
