"Great breakfast! Clean room."

Sercotel Caspe

8/10 Good

"We enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful, and it is a smaller, charming property in a relatively quiet and seemingly safe neighborhood. When our room wasn’t ready at check-in, the staff kindly held our luggage so we could go out and explore rather than spend hours waiting around, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, we did have one significant issue with the room temperature. Despite visiting in late October, our room was quite hot. We initially assumed it was an energy-saving setting, so we followed the instructions and turned on the in-room AC unit. After running it for over an hour with no noticeable improvement, we contacted the front desk. We were then informed that the hotel operates on a centralized system that was set to heating only, meaning the individual AC units in the rooms were essentially ineffective. This was very disappointing, as the room remained uncomfortably warm. The staff did provide us with a large standing fan, which helped somewhat, and we appreciated their effort to accommodate us. However, I really wish this limitation had been disclosed before booking, as it would have factored into our decision. Aside from the temperature issue, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the cleanliness, helpful staff, and overall atmosphere of the hotel."

10/10 Excellent

"We stayed two nights and everything was perfect from check in to check out. Beautiful hotel. Water and cava available during check in. Helpful staff who gave us great recommendations for where to eat and how to get around the city. Great location. Room was compact but comfortable. We loved the roof top bar for drinks and the view in the evening. We even went for a morning swim in the small pool though it was cool- felt so great ! We opted for breakfast included and it was outstanding- large buffet with delicious food. Lastly- I had made a mistake with the dates when booking and the hotel group was so helpful amending my wrong/non refundable reservation. Hope to visit Barcelona again and will definitely choose this hotel."

Hotel Acta Voraport

8/10 Good

"This is a nice hotel. The breakfast buffet is very good. The location is a ten minute walk to the beach and less than two minutes walk from the metro station. It's not located in a typically touristic area, which can be a bonus, depending on your needs . However, given the metro is closed , you can access the tourist sites within minutes. Overall, good and would stay again."
