"We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful, respectful & were there in minutes when we requested extra towels, blankets. The view was beautiful. I will definitely be back and highly recommended it!"

"Well, overall, we had a great time in Montego Bay. The worst part of the hotel was the housekeeping . After the room was cleaned, we had to wait hours to get clean towels and even when the towels were delivered to the room, they looked as though they weren’t completely clean. It was a little dingy. I should say wasn’t like completely white. We had to request towels almost every day, request soap, request shampoo request, conditioner, request lotion. It was like I felt we were begging for the item that was supposed to come with our room and we did book a king Oceanview room, which was supposed to be one of the top-of-the-line rooms. There was even a day when our room was not even cleaned. We had to call the front desk and the housekeeping supervisor herself had to come and clean our room."

"A charming, low-key and well kept establishment with attractive grounds, two outdoor pools, pool bar and small gym (closed during my stay unfortunately). On site restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, serving Jamaican and other dishes. Very helpful staff. Parking, and close to airport. Walking distance to a couple of beaches, small mini markets and other shops."

"On our arrival front desk made us feel welcome and helpful. I will recommend my friends and family to this hotel anytime, even my next visit will be Grand A View Hotel, our room and the hotel was so clean. I was very impressed with the staff including the gate keeper, bell person and cleaning crew was very nice. Breakfast was great, thank you."

"Decent place high upon a hill. Friendly staff. Nice pool area. Local college marching band practiced at 0630 on Sunday. :) Dog barked all night. :(. Many cars racing on road. It was all part of the experience. I would stay there again"

"The rooms were clean, most of the staff were kind and courteous, I did had some issues with a manager and how he handled a particular situation which made a few days uncomfortable but the swimup bar was good and lively, food was a 8/10 not bad"
