Great room, easy access to free parking.
The view from our room was spectacular. Our host swiftly replied to emails to direct us to adjacent parking and to local COVID testing. Our room was clean and comfortable.

No sleep in room, due to the fact no AC. Open window at night to cool off. But right on street, with a bar 100 ft away. So noisy you cannot sleep. Shower temp fluctuate hot cold,poor pressure, leaking shower head. But pretty rooms/ atmosphere.

Dear Tod, thanks for your review. I'm sorry to hear a complaint about the fact that there isn't AC when you knew before coming that we don't have it. Also the fact that there is noise is expectable in a historical center in the middle of August. About the shower, this is the first time we hear this from you, since you never complained about it in your 2-days stay, but we will have a look. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the room and the atmosphere.

Great location, free parking
We loved this stay. Montepulciano is a beautiful town and this hotel delivered in cleanliness and location. We booked this almost last minute and check-in was seemless. Parking was free of charge.

Nice place to stay
Hotel well located. Parking in a square very closed to the hotel(1min walk). If there is no more place, you have to park in the middle of the square. Clean in general. Warm welcome. Good quality-price ratio.

Montepulciano is a beautiful place with great restaurants, wine, views, shopping and people! The hotel has great views, walking distance to everything, and parking. Our room was very dark. Bed Extremely firm. No lighting. Only a small desk chair to sit. Large bathroom, but no shelves. Small shower and water pressure iffy. The space was just not pleasant. No place in the hotel to get a cup of coffee early. Very basic.

A friend an I stayed 2 nights 10/10/2019 I liked that it was close to Piazza Grande. The room was nice, a bit small but our original room which was huge had an issue with the lock. We stayed in a corner room #2. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel doesn’t provide breakfast but there are many options near by. If you are traveling by train/bus be sure to wait for the orange bus. You can buy a ticket for 1.20 euro at the coffee shop inside. The bus stops in front of the entrance. Don’t listen to google maps it is a hike uphill. If you are arriving late coordinate a taxi with the hotel. There is a taxi stand but NO taxis. Montepulciano is absolutely breathtaking.

The view was lovely. I felt warm in the room & a young man brought a fan which made all the difference. Staff didn’t help me make arrangements to get to the train station, but did drive me there themselves for €25 which I felt was too high. I felt kind of taken advantage of because I was there on my own & didn’t speak the language. There were buses to take me & they didn’t offer that information.

Good morning, we would like to clarify some points of this review. As the guest knows because was told, on Sunday evening there are no buses from Montepulciano to Montepulciano Stazione and this point was explained face-to-face. The fact of taken advantage of is instead an offence because this extra service was given on a Sunday evening at the time that the guest wanted. And not every property would have offered that. This is a small family run hotel, hard to get ahold of anyone for check in and check out. No one speaks english so making any plans or changes was next to impossible. Cleaning is not included and you have to pay $10 Euros/day to have your room cleaned. The town is gorgeous and worth visiting but this hotel is not worth it for the price. There were other hotels our friends stayed in that were much better.

Location was great but the room was suggested by Rick Steves as every room having a view. We were put into a basement room with a view of feet and cars going by, very noisy and disappointed

Romantic hotel with spectacular views
My husband and I stayed here for four days. You can’t beat this location in the heart of Montepulciano, which has free parking very close by, and is surrounded in breathtaking Views. The rooms are nicely decorated, great shower with good water pressure and hot water. Restaurants and historic sites are all very close by, and there’s a grocery store that’s a 10 minute walk away. You will need to call the owners when you arrive for checkin. If you are visiting from outside of the EU i suggest getting a monthly SIM card from Vodaphone. If you are planning to drive around Tuscany you will definitely want to use your gps.

Overall, very good. Did not provide driving and parking instructions as requested at time of booking, which would have been helpful. Check-in was slow as no receptionist on site, but, in fairness was indicated ahead of time. All requests were met and stay at same location again. Great views of the countryside. Hostess/owner very accommodating.

Pleasant hotel, good location
Stay was comfortable, wonderful historic area in this hilltop town, which was busy but not hectic. Room looked out over the western panorama. Proprieter, Gabriella, is onsite half the time, but can be reached by phone. Room 6 has a terrace. Good food nearby, very pleasant, inexpensive wine bar just 100 feet away, on Piazza San Francesco, with stunning views of the sunset. Self serve laundry across the street. Very close to several hilltowns, notably Pienza, and Monticchello, where there is an excellent restaurant, Osteria La Porta, but you must make reservations, also at Osteria dell'Aquacheta in Montepulciano, which is a must for traditional steak dinner. Wineries and tasting abound. It is a short drive to the beautiful Focce Gardens, with a fascinating history, well worth the trip.

The location was my favorite thing about this hotel. It was right near all the action. Every morning we walked up to the square to get breakfast. The owner was also very sweet and accomodating... to the point where we ended up staying another night!

Die Nähe zum Zentrum und der Ausblick vom Zimmer waren ausgezeichnet. Der Parkplatz mit Sondergenehmigung befand sich im öffentlichen Bereich unmittelbar an der Unterkunft.

Simples, aconchegante e vista fantástica!!!
Na reserva estava escrito quarto com vista para as montanhas mas nos deram um quarto sem vista tivemos que reclamar e rapidamente recebemos um outro quarto, com uma excelente vista! Estamos bem satisfeitos por que o hotel é fantástico, tem estacionamento próprio ao lado do hotel e fica na rua do centro histórico, igreja, museus, bares e restaurantes.

Abbiamo soggiornato , io e mia moglie in questa struttura , in occasione del natale di Montepulciano . A parte la posizione strategica , vicinissima al centro storico e con una veduta dalla camera sulla campagna Toscana spettacolare , mi preme sottolineare la gentilezza e la disponibilità della Sig.ra Gabriella , e la pulizia delle camere . Prima di partire ero sinceramente preoccupato , perché avevo letto delle recensioni a dir poco negative , ma dopo il mio soggiorno mi sento di affermare che , molte persone non sanno viaggiare non si può soggiornare in una struttura dove si pagano 90 € per il pernottamento e aspettarsi servizi come in un albergo dove si pagano invece 200 € . Grazie Sig.ra Gabriella , arrivederci a presto .

Godt opphold i Montepulciano, Toscana i Italia.
Camere Bellevista tok imot meg og denne gang min mann. Vi fikk det samme rommet med alle gode tilbud som tidligere. Gabriella banket på døren og hilste oss velkommen. Vi fikk nøkler og gjorde som vi selv ville under hele oppholdet. Herlig. Vi fikk egen parkeringsplass, selv om det er trangt og hotellet ikke har all verden av egne plasser. Vi fikk vår plass. Gabriella ga oss ekstra service og vi kommer tilbake til Bellevista og signora Gabriella.

Ao chegarmos no hotel não havia ninguém na recepção para nos receber, seguimos as instruções na porta e interfonamos. A senhora abriu a porta através do interfone mesmo e nos informou que a chave do nosso quarto estaria dentro do próprio. Achei esta recepção pouco amigável e um pouco impessoal. Tivemos outro problemão com o carro, pois não nos foi dada a informação sobre o estacionamento que fica em uma praça ao lado do hotel. Paramos o carro bem longe e tivemos que carregar nossas malas através da cidade. Sobre o hotel, é bem localizado, limpo, mas passamos um pouco de frio à noite, apesar do aquecedor estar ligado em 30 graus celcius.

Vicinissimo al centro e bella vista. Si pagano carissime in rapporto a quello che viene offerto dalla struttura che si riduce alla pulizia delle camere all'arrivo.
