Beautiful property. Saverio and staff did an excellent job working with all guests. I also did a wine tasting (thank you Saverio) which was lovely! New winery is being constructed next door to current property so just be aware.

Wonderful. Large room with a view of the surrounding property. Beautiful and well maintained pool. Excellent winery on site. Excellent restaurant on site with good breakfast. Excellent staff all around and the GM, Servacio is great!

About 20 minutes to Montepulciano surrounded by vineyards and beautiful Tuscany. Breakfast was included and dinner was very good especially since we did not want to drive to Montepulciano or Pienza at night. Room was good too.

The property reminded me of the movies I’ve seen about Tuscany. The property is a working farm producing olive oil and incredible wine. The breakfast was delicious and dinners sensational. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We’ve traveled a lot and this was the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed. The host went out of his way to help us when we had car issues, I can’t say enough about how fabulous our stay was!

Such a nice property with outstanding views of the surrounding hillsides. Staff were all very nice and rooms very comfortable. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast was great!

This property went way beyond our whole family's expectations. Atmosphere was elegant, clean, and had beautiful furnishings. It's out of the way and that makes it enchanting. You are in the middle of vineyards everywhere! The staff is very attentive and friendly, but professional. Comfortable beds with beautiful countryside views and singing birds! We will be back if possible.

This is a great small hotel which is in a vineyard property. The place was upgraded a year ago and it is first class. Guests can have all meals there and can also have wine tasting of the vineyard’s various wines. There is a pool and bike rentals. The location is close to many Tuscany towns allowing day trips to several. The staff were delightful.

It is set in the middle of an extensive winery, surrounded by vines loaded with grapes ready for harvest. The hosts were amazing, dinner & breakfast was delicious, we loved our stay.

Beautiful property - lovely place to stay. However it was difficult to find staff. When we arrived there was no one there to check us in and we, along with 6 other guests, we’re just sitting in the lobby wondering what to do for 45 before we were able to google and contact someone via phone to come help.

Tuscany dream come true
The best part of our 3 week trip. We pulled up to the villa and we’re so happy with the location and views. The hotel is well appointed, the service impeccable. Exactly what you imagine of Tuscany. Book it. Don’t think twice.

This is a beautiful, well run property. Dinner on the front lawn while watching the sunset was delicious, relaxing and stunningly beautiful. Breakfast included sweet breads, cheese and prosciutto, yogurt, cereals, and fresh juices. Our host and serve staff we warm, friendly and accommodating.

The staff was fantastic! The property was beautiful beyond words. After a visit to Rome, this location offered space and quiet with beautiful vineyards and hillsides and olive groves. The breakfast and the dinner here were wonderful. The wines from Fattoria del Cerro were excellent. It was a short trip to the city of Montepulciano Our stay at this property was the highlight of an overall wonderful vacation. My one suggestion would be to make it clear to anyone booking this porperty that it is in Aquaviva, not the city of Montepulciano.
