"There were two very disappointing things: First there was no luggage rack in my room which makes it awkward to look through my clothing suitcase. Secondly, I do a lot of work and the desk was narrow and the edge was sharp which makes it uncomfortable on the forearms. An ergonomic desk would be preferred."
