Portola Hotel & Spa at Monterey Bay
Quick overnighter after a long day if golf. The hotel is a maze. Don't get caught without your room key or you'll be stuck between buildings, as we were. Spa is not actually a spa, staff in general ignorant and neither steam room nor sauna was ready for guests to enjoy. Shouldn’t be there as the rest of the property and staff was brilliant!
