"Check-in was a little confusing but we used the Hotels app, so not sure if that is why. The people were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and inviting. The little coffee/breakfast stand was so nice to have right there for our convenience. Parking is minimal, what all guests should understand that if you have a compact car use those parking spots for compact cars instead of taking over the larger spots that others can use. There is my rant. All was great! Oh, wanted to add we weren’t sure if it would be quiet but locals and others (even the little dog across the street 😆) were great. Thank you for a nice time away from the Spokane fires!"
