"What a wholesome, lovely stay. Steve and George we absolutely amazing from start to finish - extremely friendly, funny and helpful. The property was absolutely spotless, room was lovely and the food was incredible (would recommend the lamb shank - delicious!) Thank you both for making me feel so welcome and safe at your property - I will definitely be back :)"

"Had a great short stay, well looked after by the hosts and the variety of choice for breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay again when next in the area."

"For us, just a one-night stay, but we arrived about 4pm on a Sunday afternoon, to find this is an extremely popular venue for Sunday lunches. The menu continued into the evening and we were able to see why it's so popular. A great meal, and then a lovely cooked breakfast the next morning. The room, facilities and bed were all comfortable and all in all, we had made a good choice in a quiet rural location."

"Lovely hotel, beautiful clean room. Evening meal in restaurant was excellent, bar area with lots of sofas to relax on. Good choice at breakfast and staff were helpful and friendly. Great stay."

"We had a wonderful weekend here. We cycled round the breathtaking Lake Vrynwy and came back to a soak in the hot tub. The next day, we visited the stunning Powis Castle with beautiful gardens. We would love to come again. The cottage was lovely. "

"Had a lovely time, my wife and I had a great chill, hot tub was great, very quiet. Daniel is a nice guy."

"It felt like a property that had been reopened after being closed for years. No attention to detail. No tv in bedroom. Vastly overpriced for what it is and provides."

"The room was clean, the staff were excellent and the food was nice and well priced. Second time we have stayed here. Ideal location for me to visit family"

"Absolutely super stay at Linley. The cottage was clean and well equipped from kitchen ware to bathroom towels and toiletries. Fresh eggs provided for breakfast and a bottle of Prosecco to complement our evening meal!"

"It was a pity that the property that was described as at Welshpool. it was not and there was no bus service. The cost of a taxi was prohibitive. The Hotel in Welshpool refused my debit card by processing it incorrectly. I spent the night in a shed of an abandoned house. Enjoyed the breakfast at the Greggs in Welshpool the next morning."

"We had a lovely stay at this B&B. Thoroughly recommended!"

"Nice cabin in great, secluded location close to hills and pub."

"No one in shop or office to report issues to, I txt the owner on Friday morning & they didn’t even open it until after we left on Saturday morning. No bathroom lights working, no outside light by hot tub and no covering over it to protect from weather/trees, so it was not used. No heating for night time so the hut was really cold, it was a good job I took extra bedding. "

"This place is a real gem. Double room at rear of Inn away from main road, Bed very comfortable - lovely bedding. Bathroom very good/clean - would benefit from somewhere to put down toiletry bags etc. beautiful huge white fluffy towels provided. Shower would also benefit from somewhere to put down toiletries etc. Restaurant excellent, lovely ambiance, food plentiful and very good although chips a little too crispy. Staff really welcoming, pleasant and very helpful. Car park good. Would...

"The property was as beautiful as it was in the pictures with lovely grounds and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. Unfortunately though, the outside of the property was swarming with wasps so unable to keep doors and windows open and nor could you fully relax in the hot tub. My partner got stung on the first night. Also there was a trap in the corner of the bedroom which made us feel uneasy sleeping at night. And the window above the bed did not have a blackout blind so was woken early...
