"This hotel was IMMACULATE!! Although this hotel is older, it is very well maintained and spotless. The grounds, landscaping, interior and exterior of buildings was perfect! It was cleaner than some newer hotels, and to me, that is most impressive and important. The air conditioning works great and fast. We were very comfortable. The bathroom was was immaculate and the only problem was our soap dispensers did not work or were not filled, but I was able to smell the beautiful aroma of the argan oil. We did not report it or mind because we travel with our own anyway. The water pressure and temp were were fine. The staff was very friendly! It was quiet, and no one bothered us. The breakfast was wonderful. The hotel off the beaten path from the interstate, but trust me it is perfect! Thank you to the staff at Best Western Winchester for providing us a safe, clean, and peaceful night’s sleep! -The Harris family."
