"Overall the staff were great. But 3 days into our stay something weird happened. We did not have our room cleaned for 3 days ( no fault of the staff… slept in everyday). A pile of dirty towels accumulated on the bathroom floor. When I passed by the front desk, I was literally scolded by the staff member for 10 minutes because we were using so many towels ( it wasn’t that much, and it was an accumulation of 3 days). But she was very upset at me and my wife. She even said it was costing the hotel...

"As the check-in is unmanned it was fine but we saw no one during our stay. The breakfast was allocated to each room but one morning we arrived to find no bread left someone had taken our knives most of the fruit had gone which was a disappointment and reflected on the other guests more that the establishment but there should be enough for everyone not just the greedy ones"

"This property was very nice, close walking distance to shopping and dining and only a short driving distance from the Coliseum and Vatican City Tours.
The property and rooms were very clean and stocked with the necessary toiletries. The A/C was not working properly in our room to start with but the front desk staff was very helpful in switching us to a different room where the A/C worked great.
