"The property was super clean. The only area of improvement would be the TV size."

"The motel was very close the Arches National Park. And walking distance from a few restaurants. We enjoyed our quiet room and the staff was very helpful & friendly. Perfect spot for budget travelers. Laid back vibe and easy access parking made it fantastic for pets as well!"

"The property is okay and the staff is great. However, this stay we found multiple live and dead bugs in our room. Thankfully my husband found them and not me. Given this information I have now -- won't be staying here again."

"Perfect location for exploring Moab area (we visiting Canyonlands and Arches). Right downtown so you can walk to coffee and the amazing Food Truck park. No breakfast at the motel, but free laundry and bike cleaning easily makes up for it, and Moab breakfasts are worth going out for! Staff made late check in and early checkout a breeze. The room was perfect; spacious, comfortable beds and very clean."

"Staff was great. Rooms seem on the smaller side but they are nice. They have an alcove for suitcases with a shelf. Small kitchen area wirh microwave, fridge that is super cold, coffee maker, and sink. They have a hot tub and you can use the pool at the hotel across the street. Would definitely stay here again."

"Nicely updated old classic motel on the main drag in Moab. Once we parked, we walked to everything. Room was clean, comfortable and updated in a cool retro style. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise offering more than most complimentary breakfasts dream of! Would stay here again, for sure!"

"Just needed a place to sleep and early checkout. Room was clean, AC was loud but worked great. Bed was comfy! Parking was easy. It was close to our early morning tour to Arches Park!"
