"Nice hotel, nothing nearby but great for an airport stay"

"Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Shuttle to and from airport was great."

"Breakfast was great. Check in took ages as first even tho we arrived at Park G Gate 6 at 11.15 the first shuttle didnt arrive till after midnight. Then the room cards wouldnt work in the lift or room, and that took ages to sort out. Staff were understanding and let us check out late without a penalty fee. Unfortunately room was very hot and couldnt get cool mode to work on aircon. "

"There was a soccer team staying which i understand they can't share for security reasons as i wouldn't have stayed if i had known. I made complaint to two separate managers and NEITHER OF THEM FOLLOWED THRU WITH WHAT THEY SAID! I will never stay there again. "

"Nice Breakfast. Staff was supper helpful. Location was the best! Air conditioner was functioning in March, which is a plus in Barcelona hotels. Our favorite hotel in Barcelona within this price rate. Very recommended. "

"Relatively close to airport. Beds are not very comfortable (sloping mattresses) and pillow menu not available when we checked. Toliet and shower rooms are only opaque glass partitions, so if you’re sharing with someone you’re not super close to, fair warning. Mostly business related guests, so hallways were quiet. Staff are the best part of this hotel. Very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Secured parking under the hotel is convenient as well."

"Well, let’s just start with o real rating - they advertise themselves as 5 star hotel but by average American standards it’s between 2-3 There no traditional hospitality standards we are all used to ( Vegas , NYC , Miami , Boston ) equivalent to 5 stars Rooms are very small and odd shaped , bedding is Ramada Inn quality , no tubs. Heating or TV were not working in our room and staff did not care to come and fix it Pricing of more than 400$ per night is ridiculous and frankly insulting...

"The hotel was spectacular, the staff cold not have been any more pleasant and helpful. The property is beautifully decorated with artwork and is kept pristine. The rooms are very well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. The location is near major points of interest. I highly recommend Hotel H10 Madison. "

Luego de unos días hermosos llegamos al hotel sercotel , dejamos nuestro equipaje y al regresar la habitación estaba muy caliente. Nunca habíamos visto que un hotel controlaran los aires. Pues cuando le fuimos a reclamar nos dijeron que ellos controlaban y como estaba afuera frío ellos nos daban calefacción . Por Dios...
