"Very clean"

"When we were entering the building the front desk staff was sitting in her car right outside the door talking with another person in the car next to her and all we could smell was weed. I didn’t realize it was her until I rang the bell to check in and she came from there inside to check us in. I asked for a king size bed with pull out sofa and was given 2 double beds. The room had a can light hanging down from the ceiling as someone didn’t bother to attach it correctly. There was spots on the carpet that looked like smudged paint. "

"We spent one night. We arrived after 10pm. There was nobody at reception, just a kiosk with which you checked in. It had a screen with which you talked with someone remotely and it printed your room key cards. Interesting tech, but a woeful customer experience. Our room was clean but shabby. I wasn’t comfortable walking around in bare feet on the carpet. Guest amenities like the coffee and tea service were low end budget quality. There was only one other guest in the Inn so it was definitely quiet. It’s the kind of lodging you get when there are limited options and you just need a quick night’s sleep. The bagels at the breakfast bar were stale. "

"The elevator was very scary and sounded like it could break at any moment. The shower was pealing and rusted. I also found a bug in the bed in the morning. "

"No issues and room was awesome…right next to the elevator and ice machine! "

"All good but bed was not comfortable.. Otherwise, clean, quiet and decent. Blond lady at the reception was super kind and helpful. "

"Everything was good but the tub was dirty. Could be old stains but it needs a thorough cleaning or replaced. "
