Was able to convince them to allow us to check-in anyways because we had no where else to go and travelling with a 10mo old baby. "It's hard to shower or wash your hair in either of the 2 bathrooms upstairs. There are only 2 small tubs with a handheld sprayer. You have to go downstairs to the stand up shower and for 6 people to wait for 1 shower it's a hassle. I started receiving communication from the management company while I was already traveling which was annoying, I wish it could have all been done prior to my trip.
